I needed a reliable builder and Bryant Builders was recommended to me over 15 years ago. They are the only builders that I have dealt with since then. The net result of having Bryant Builders do the work is that they are always on time and complete the job on-time and display very good craftsmanship. Chris Bryant is an excellent organiser and manager. If he states a specific job will be done at a specified time, it is virtually certain to happen. Bryant Builders redevelop the Kitchen here at Simplot Australia and turned the existing kitchen into a world class Culinary Centre. Right at the start of the project I found Chris Bryant and his team to be extremely helpful. Chris was excellent at making practical recommendations using his knowledge’s as an experienced builder to ensure that I had everything I needed in the plans, and that I was comfortable before any construction work commenced. Once the construction began I found Bryant builders to be highly professional in their approach to the work always making sure they made as little impact as possible on the rest of the business going on around them. They were courteous, considerate and clean and tidy as they worked, any changes that needed to happen were discussed openly and solutions were quickly found. The quality of the finish and the attention to detail of the renovation is second to none. Anyone who visits Simplot’s Culinary Centre comments on the look and style of the kitchen. I would have no issues working with Bryant builders in the future on any project big or small.
We have lived in our Victorian terrace house for over thirty years and it needed lots of love and attention- including re-rendering and plastering to fix some very large cracks, replacement of flooring and new windows. We required decking in our courtyard and a new back fence. Also there was a myriad of other needs within the house that Bryant Builders were able to attend to no matter how big or small. We are very pleased with the results of the work. Our two front rooms look like new and our back decking is very stylish and functional and the work is of the highest quality. I have worked with Bryant Builders on both commercial and residential projects. Bryant Builders are unfailingly professional, helpful, attentive, prompt and reasonably priced. Personally I would not work with any other building company. Bryant Builders are my go-to team for any building project. Over the years they have undertaken a wide range of work for me, including major internal and external house and office painting, bathroom renovations, outdoor works, re-tiling, roof repairs, re-plastering and drainage. There are a lot of aspects that come into play when you make a decision to use a builder, will the work be done on time? Will the budget be met? Is there room to make changes as we encounter challenges and unforeseen circumstances during construction? Do all the various trade requirements and intersecting work relating to plumbers, electricians, cabinet makers and painters work well together? These questions and probably many more did not even rate a mention when dealing with the professionalism and experience of dealing with Chris & Justin Bryant’s amazing team. Having come with a strong reputation and having seen their work first hand it was always going to be a logical progression to use Bryant Builders. Nothing ever was a problem, and the old fashioned service with a smile seems to come as standard. Our project required a great deal of flexibility as the work had to be completed in a highly regulated factory environment; this is all just in a day’s work for the Bryant Builders Team. As far punctuality and time lines were concerned; never late and always on time, in a matter of fact our space was cleaned by a contract cleaner and handed back to us ahead of schedule. The only aspect I have not touched on is the nature with which Bryant Builders conduct their business, trust and integrity seem to go hand in hand, a quality that is remembered long after the price has been forgotten. I will have no hesitation in using Bryant Builders for future projects or ongoing service and maintenance.

At the mid-stage of constructing our modern computerized manufacturing plant in Notting Hill in 1984, the original builder proved highly unsatisfactory. Having just met Chris Bryant through friends, I engaged him to resolve the numerous critical issues that were out of control. In effect Chris and his team rescued the project and saw it through to excellent completion. We have continued to rely on Bryant Builders ever since, on a range of different projects, large and small, and we have never been disappointed. Not only are Bryant Builders excellent craftsmen, they are excellent designers as well, and have proven their ability to innovate and solve problems efficiently, countless times. Moreover, Chris, Justin and the team are very approachable, friendly and cooperative at all times, and they have a work ethic beyond reproach. No matter what you want done, renovations, alterations, laundry refits, painting, security systems installed, electrical and all forms of trade work performed, who else to consult than Bryant Builders. Having known Chris and Justin for over twenty years I could not recommend anyone better, at least for a primary consultation for any matters at hand. We had Bryant Builders come in with primary intentions of painting and performing remedial works on Westward facing windows on an upper story hall which had serious rot due to sun and rain. After consultation with Chris, it was decided to take his advice and have that west wall covered with insulation then overlaid with Colorbond sheeting. Not only did these works eliminate the need for prolonged maintenance, they also dropped the temperature inside the hall at least 15 degrees in summer. Great job Bryant Builders.

This family run business have never disappointed. Not only from expedient response to trouble shoot and pick the brain for ideas pertinent to my needs, to punctual, on time delivery of the completion date, often before the date indicated. They have a team of great guys, specializing in all aspects of building, from Sparky's to plumbers, to painters etc. One of the more amazing aspects of their service delivery, is that they clean up immaculately after themselves. We got introduced to Chris Bryant from Bryant Builders over 14 years ago on a project that we were jointly working on, from this day we have worked with Chris and his team on lots of projects in Victoria and up the eastern seaboard of Australia. Bryant builders have proved to be very knowledgeable, practical and easy to work with on all aspects of the commercial retail projects we are involved with. Whether our projects are for the corporates or the smaller store refurbishment timing is king and Bryant builders have never disappointed us whether they are working to a tight program with the base builders or the looking after the complete job. As Chairman of the Owners Corporation at 63 Stead Street South Melbourne for 20 years I have witnessed that Bryant Builders Pty Ltd has been able to offer an economical solutions to our building and maintenance issues as they arise including remodelling the front of the building, refurbishment of foyers, lifts, bathrooms, and kitchen areas and tracing of water leaks to a sealed outcome. Carole & I are extremely happy with the work done by Bryant Builders and the way it was completed. By way of background we had convinced ourselves that we would be purchasing a new home that was only two years old and in the next court. We were prepared to exceed the agent estimated price by $250,000 & still missed out at auction. As we didn’t want to leave the area we discussed possible renovations with an architect who drew up plans to our requirements. The next process was to appoint a builder; this proved to be a bit of a problem as all the people approached suggested it would be necessary for us to move out while the work was being done & the time frame appeared to be about six months. This did not suit us. Our son-in-law who is a building surveyor introduced us to Chris who agreed to take on the job without us moving out. We certainly realize after the event why the builders approached wanted a vacant site and our living on the premises obviously caused additional work for Bryant Builders, however it was the right decision for us despite the inconvenience for a few months. Towards the end of the project I mentioned that I intended to build an alfresco myself after your work was complete. The project manager suggested I do it with steel (I had been thinking wood) & he arranged for us to see the alfresco at Chris’ home. We were sold on the spot & Bryant builders designed & built it. It is now four years since the job was completed & whilst many would say we have overcapitalized our home we are more than satisfied with the result & as it is our intention to live here for many more years we consider it money well spent. The after sales service we have received is also appreciated and we have no hesitation in recommending Bryant Builders to anyone considering a similar project. We are extremely proud of the end result & should any potential customer wish to see the result in person then we would always be happy to make the necessary arrangements.
I was looking for not only a builder but a solution on how to create a new production facility within a reasonably tight budget & timeframe. I got in contact with Bryant Builders, they offered a multitude of ideas and options that suited me and worked hard to assist me to get these ideas under my budgeted figure.
